Just spent another two hours on the phone tonight with their "customer service" that I'll never get back. All we need is a replacement for the wife's cell phone that actually works. Good luck with that...to be continued
Update: Wife gave up and bought a new phone(that works) herself. We'll wait till our AT&T contract is up then go elsewhere and tell AT&T to go shag themselves. Problem solved!
